one moring i woke up and took the dogs out and found hundreds of dead queen ant wings all over the front step.
Those buggers are damn near impossible to sweep up

it happens during the rainy early season a few times.
it was not gross because they were only wings but what was scary....was all those ants had to have gone somewhere....

haha, speaking of eating bugs...

i was making cakes for my party earlier this evening, and as i was mixing the second batch of batter (the vanilla part ofa marble cake) i noticed something small and brown in it... so i dipped my finger into the batter to pick it up, and lo and behold 'twas a small ant. and then for some reason the logical side of my brain shut down and i licked my finger clean. after realising what i had just done i laughed real loud. hahaha! i dont know what the fuck i did that for.
