Yeah, if you like all your music to soun exactly the same. I can't tell the difference of any of his songs. He's a male form of Natalie Merchant (post 10,000 Maniac's).

As to Orsino- It is not fair to judge him in that way. You and I don't know where he could be musically if he was still alive. Everyone DOES evolve.

And I'm told that quite a bit, about the twelfth night and all. I wasn't judging him... all he really did was sing anyway, and people rarely usually depreciate there, after about 30 or 40 years of smoking, coke, and alcohol.

Take Stephen Stills for example. Can't sing worth a rat's ass anymore, but he's still good at bass/guitar, etc. He's also a hell of a writer. I don't think it gets better than Treetop Flyer... though Buffett's version on Banana Wind is alot better.

Regardless, I haven't heard enough Buffet to actually decide if I like him or not, but he doesn't seem like a guy who's albums I would actually pay for.
