It is good to clarify sometimes Anyway, I would say it is just the aggressive jihadists (who seem to be killing both muslims and non muslims, they are supposedly at war to create their own state). I am not sure how many of them are devoted to kill all non-muslims in the world. I understand you may think am nitpicking here, but for me it is a worthy detail to make.
I am inclined to agree that with those extremists it is really hard to make a proper peace. Not sure this means the ultimate solution is send soldiers and drop bombs though.
