Fuck cops

Ok so if I pull infront of you when it's wet, already decelerating and come to a complete stop before you even have the chance to slow down and you hit me then it's your fault right =/. I'm going to court to get it dropped to a lesser charge. The woman behind me was 3 or 4 car lenghts back and she still hit me so he obv didnt give enough time for me to stop, her either. The law says it's my fault but common sense doesn't.

Edit: It was 97 ford escort wagon...it wasn't a nice car or anything but I rely on it to commute to college which is a 20-30 minute drive and to bus takes like 2 hours which is ridiculous.

ha well it's a city bus and I have to take the one from my house downtown to the terminal, get on another one to a mall, then another one that goes right to the college...It's shitty but until we get this shit worked out it's what I'm gonna have to do. Getting up at 5:30 ftl!

Our transit system here is terrible, if I lived in toronto the bus would be great.

Wait, the guy pulled out in front of you but you hit him from behind? I can understand hitting him in the side when he pulls out in front of you. I would have to say that you should have been able to see him pull out in front of you and should have had time to slow down. Did you do that or not, cause if not then your fault, if you did slow down when you saw him pulling out then it's your fault.

Still, he's an idiot for pulling out without the room to do so but you can't give out tickets to people for being stupid, only breaking the law.

 

not to self: When car gets really crappy in a few yrs just pull out in front of someone and insurance will buy it from you and it wont be your fault.

I fuckin hate idiots like that...my front end is fuckered up cuz some stupid bastard in front of me didnt know how to use a merge lane to get on the highway & stops like a fuckin retard, I was like 2 cars behind them and so everyone else had to slam on their brakes, & seeing as how mine were shitty at the time i couldt totally stop in time. Fusk those idiots, I honestly wonder how some people get even a permit.
