Masada, you are correct. It all has to do with 1st versus 2nd pass metabolism and the capability/speed with which the metabolized compounds cross the blood/brain barrier. To put it as simply as possible (and because I would be lying if I said I understood the exact chemical process here, lol), 6-Mam crosses the blood/brain barrier more quickly than any of the other metabolized components of Heroin. No, not Oxy's, Morphine. I admit though that the guy was hard-up for cash. But yeah, $3 each. To be honest, I'm not sure what the going rate is for them here, because that's the only time I've ever bought it. There was also one time when I got a few OC 80's for $15 each. That was from some lady who didn't really know what they were worth. I've caught some rare lucky breaks. I've also been ripped off, or had people try to drastically overcharge me.

Plug away. I used to plug Morphine all the time. Mind you I had to use a ridiculous amount because I'm on Methadone. But all the mucus membranes in your anal cavity allow for an excellent Morphine high when compared to the oral route.

And speaking of lucky breaks, I made another Xannie/Hydrocodone trade again today with the same guy. The last time he had the 7.5mg IP145 Vicoprofen, and I like those, because they only have 200mg of Ibuprofen instead of all that aceto crap. This time they were Watson 387's which are 7.5's with 750mg of aceto. Oh well. At least they didn't cost me any cash. I got 30 of the 7.5's for 60 0.5mg Xanax. So, $90 worth of Hydro's for $60 worth of Xannies. And I've still got over 400 Xannies stockpiled.

No, it's not extended release. I believe this version contains the highest amount of aceto available. Supposedly the combination of acetominophen and hydrocodone have a greater analgesic effect than either medication alone. That makes some sense, I guess. Also, doctors probably prescribe this version as a deterrent to misuse. And it works, because I'm not going to take more than 1 or 2 of these in a day. I've also got some 7.5mg Vicoprofen and some 10/325's that I can mix them with. I was under the impression that the FDA was going to try to ban formulations of this drug containing more than 325mg of aceto, but I guess I was wrong.
i see where they're coming from with the deterrent, but i don't really think that your average junkie buying them on the street will care about the acetaminophen (or even understand the dangers) and will just end up hurting themselves. for anything other than a minor headache, i find acetaminophen pretty useless.
It won't even work for a headache for me. Not nearly as well as aspirin. There are plenty of NSAIDS on the market, I think we could do without acetominophen entirely.
I did some reading about this, and it's a bigger issue than I thought it was. So combine these pain meds with something else. Using the possibility of liver failure as a deterrent to misuse is fucking stupid. And it's apparently not working.

people really pay $25 for a 30mg morphine? I can get MS 60's for $5 apeice but I don't fuck with em because I'm not trying to bang em, and when I eat them they usually just make me sick.
