Oh yea.How many squirts can you manage in a day? After eating bit of oily fish pan fried in ghee and an apple I can manage five.Give me the scientific research on hemp seed oil.BTW I would recommend coconut oil as it is 93% saturated.
thats like saying people would not want to learn if there was no school. people are naturally curious and creative, and they used to be naturally healthy and in tune with these energies. now, their bodies are literally polluted and filled with all sorts of toxins, and their not so in tune with too much of anything. bilby-hemp oil is second only to whale oil as far as nutrition goes, and its also a complete protein. i agree with this post 100% though. so much of the food in grocery stores is nutrientless-crap, even the stuff people claim to be healthy or have nutrients. sorry, this does mean the iron in those oreos you vegans are eating is NOT a good source of iron. that whole grain bread with high fructose corn syrup and at least 10 other additives, not so nourishing either. i truly believe with all my heart, the more and more i read about raw and live vegan diet, that it truly is the healthiest diet for a human being. humans are supposed to be high spiritual people, and this diet brings them riiight into that, where life is no longer complex. where were clear and conscious and able to face life stress free, and weave beautiful threads of love through our life truly giving something back to this marvelous blue ball we call home. humans are the only animals that heat their food, and consequently destory all the vitamins and enzymes in it, rendering it toxic and often carcinogenic, making their bodies and minds polluted. i'd never given a whole lot of thought as to boycotting processed foods entirely from a moral standpoint, but it does make sense. id always avoided pepsi, which is vegan and allowed in my so called diet, because i always thought they are probably as evil and as greedy as factory farms. but i never gave much thought to organic packaged foods i sometimes buy, and im sure their better for you, but their still not truly healthy, not truly natural. these corporations dont care about you though, these big name brands, so its time we stop caring for them as well i think it really isnt hard and takes very little energy, and it feels godamn good to set little dreams and goals like that for yourself. not percievably big, but still very important, and the love that ripples out stretches very far i think.
