In my area it was as if it were being given out like candy. Very funny on how people started freaking out. Especially about a non deadly flu. Though still yet, by seeing the way people have responded to this "epidemic" in my area makes me wonder. It only makes me imagine what will happen if a really bad one pops up. A good way to implement extra security.

Hell, the next one probably will be blamed on Terrorists.. Do i hear Red Flag Terrorism or was that just me.

Actually no, it has killed more kids and OLD adults, most healthy young adults weren't so healthy, they ussually have an underlying problem and out of millions and millions of people, there are a lot of underlying problems.

also, your mental health has a lot to do on how this will affect you, someone depressed and not giving one shit about their existence would be considered having an underlying health problem, simply because how do you expect to survive something when you don't even have the will to live?

Yeah, there were no diseases back then. No flu etc.
We didn't die around 40 because we had no vaccines etc...

The "normal" flu can be dealt with with broadspecrtum vaccines, that are altered slightly every year. They are fairly predictable.
