Did usual workout. Seventeen exercises. Took forever cause I was feeling tired and lazy but did it. Got 295 up five times on bench. Gonna get on the bench board at the local y Tuesday prob. I've only ever seen one person there bench more than me and I can definitely do more than 275 which was the record last time I was there. The board is new though. I'm pretty sure I'd be top ten at that gym though if all the best benches went do it. My personal best on bench is 340. Might try for 345 here in not too long. Probably just go do 315 at the y though...ill have to see what the board is looking like before i decide though.
bump for 50 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, 50 seconds of plank and 50 seconds of leg lifting. Started doing this once a day under a week ago and already significantly more toned it doesn't take much exercise . It just takes discipline and repetition
did the usual 17 exercise workout at the gym today. apparently theres such a thing as 55 lb bench press bars. whoda thunkit
I'm back in the gym full-time again. Got that post-workout feel going right now. My arms are going to feel this tomorrow.
It figures....after being injured and down for so long....I injured myself again last night on my second day back at full speed. I lost a lot of sleep last night due to pain and when I woke up I had limited mobility of my left arm but it loosened up throughout the day and feels a lot better now. Far from ideal but better. Was still able to do legs today with no issues.
OMG Woman! You're a beast!!! My fave is the elliptical. Takes off the inches and builds balance and stamina.
im starting to do alot more pushups, varying the grip every other day. gonna start going hard, this lil guy needs to pack a punch!
Beast mode!! I'm dreading my workout tonight... I like the elliptical on the most difficult setting at a slower speed.
