I went to YOGA today. I have big hike scheduled for tomorrow, so I thought YOGA would be a good way to prepare myself both physically and mentally for that. My girlfriend and I were suppose to go paddle boarding today, but a wind storm this morning put the kibosh on those plans.
I hiked the grind today! My goal was to get to the top in two hours, and I made it up in 70 minutes! Fuck yes!! Here is a picture of me at the top, looking like a geek.
I'm nursing a shoulder injury on my left so I can't do push ups. Grr. It's been a week now, and I tried tonight but only managed to hurt it more and will need more time to rest. I can still do my mid section though. But what a pain. Like what am I meant to do in the mean time? I'm thinking it might be another week or two.
