I don't know... I saw some pictures on the Member's Photo forum... I spotted some god and goddesses. I'm sure all your working out has paid off.
Idk, it takes a long time to build a good body. I used to have a decent body but stopped working out for a while. Didn't take long to lose it. oh well
speak for yourself m8, I'm trying to craft the rest of the fat off me so this 6 pack can turn into a 12 pack
You're young. I went from looking like a basement-dwelling neckbeard that women would ignore at the age of 31, to the 34 year old hottie I am today (I am being facetious, of course). I've made good progress in the last three years. Of course I am still not as shredded as I would like to be, but I am getting there. The carb backloading seems to be doing the job. The younger you are, the easier it is to get into shape. All you need is the will power.
I'm sure you look quite sexy now. But, I'm also sure you can get it back. I think the whole point of working out is not to have the workout body, but getting there. So, you can feel that sense of accompaniment when you meet yet another one of your workout goals. To see how far your body can go, how much control you actually have in changing your body to whatever you want it to be.
mhmm. I always feel that there is a 'next level' for things. wether its sports performance, your day job, your mental state etc.. Always striving for more keeps you goin
Exactly. It is about challenging yourself and building confidence and feeling amazing in your own skin.
