Workout supplements or supplements in general? For workout supplements, I was taking BCAAs pre-workout. I no longer do that and instead simply drink coffee and pop a few yohimbe pills beforehand. Sometimes I will use MCT oil for an added energy boost. I add Leucine to my post-workout shakes, and during my refeeds I use L-Glutamine as well. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention creatine. I take that also, but I am still not certain it's doing anything so am considering no longer using it once the two containers I have are finished. As far as other supplements, I take a multivitamin, vitamin D3 (5,000IU), Vitamin K2, Vitamin C (10,000mg), krill oil, copper, magnesium citrate, and nacent iodine.
40 X 5 | Flesh Flute Solo 40 X 5 | Toke and Chokes And this time I was able to take a shower while standing up the whole time
Indeed it does. I almsot had a stroke yesterday from watching a fit half white half filipina chick doing squats.
@rat cool. im taking creatine as well and probably will drop it soon. they say it's safe, and I say I doubt it. been sick the last two days. yesterday was so bad I had to take a day off, today was rough but got it in, am glad I did...feeling good.
Creatine is very safe and has been used for a very long time. It just doesn't work for everyone and therefore is a waste of money for some people.
McGill Warm Up 60 reps on the leg press at 180 pounds 6 reps on the bench press x 6 reps barbell squats x 4 6 reps assisted chin ups x 4 60 second wall sit x three 10 reps lat pull down x three followed by an hour long zumba class. I think that is everything...it was my first time in the weight room on my own, without my trainer or husband with me. I think I did well, although I want to add some more back exercises and work on toning my back some more.
I attended an hour long Pilates class today. I was very sore from my workout yesterday though, and I also got a distressed call from my husband about 5 minutes prior to class starting, so it actually wasn't a very productive workout, sadly.
