    lol

I guess it depends on if you're talking 15 lb. kettlebells or 55 lb. kettlebells. A guy doing 15 lb. swings might appear a tad dainty, but I cannot imagine too many girls being able to pull off many reps of 55lbs.

They're popular among the ladies because they tone a woman's figure perhaps better than any exercise involving weights. They're great for the core, but especially the glutes, legs and shoulders. They really do wonders for a woman's ass and legs, but a few sets of heavy swings will also do amazing things for a man's physique as well when done on a regular basis. Plus, a few sets of properly executed swings will burn mad calories and are just as good (if not better) for burning fat as high-intensity cardio, while preserving and building lean mass.

Kettlebells are awesome and are far from being just for girls. I would recommend guys start with 25-35 lbs and go from there. Women might want to start off with only 15-25lbs. Lately I have been doing about 8 sets of 25 reps (with one minute of rest time between sets) with a 55lb KB. I am pretty much soaked by the time I finish.

Good to see you're making some jaw gains. You're probably on your way up to an 8-incher by now. Sickening!!

kettlebell is the only group exercise class men take here, besides group cycling.

it's all old men, but men anyway.

word, goblet squats are in the vicinity of kettle bell swings. I do them and they activate the glutes because you get so low.

Had an amazing 90 minute workout with my husband. We did tons of lifting and body weight exercises, and I went for a run at the end. Feeling great.

Mid section, push ups. Light arm weights.

I can definitely feel and see a difference now. My arms, especially between elbow and wrist, if I "flex" which is almost like bending that piece of arm upwards I have definition in those muscles. Not sure if I like that or not. :d as long as they look normal when I am not using them that is fine. My mid section when I tense my or squeeze my Belly, I am starting to get some form from my first two muscles atop the "six pack". Kind of like female here. :D

2.5 mile run & burpees today and my daily bike commute. Tomorrow will be strength training and then cardio again the next day. I have lost 68 lbs and feel great. But sometimes my age catches up with me (like today).

For real lol. I'm gonna start aiming for about 2000-2200 calories a day. None from fast food :)

Tonight I did a 90 minute full-body workout following my weekly 24-hour fast, consuming only black coffee w/ coconut oil and BCAAs beforehand. Focused on the big compond lifts, but tonight omitted deadlifts for reasons pertaining to time.

    Still been biking/hiking everyday

But now I can really see my improvements. My endurance is very noticeably stronger/longer, I can trek out much further without needing breaks, and it's been fun to be able to push yourself further each day.

Right now my legs are so dead though :/
