45 minute spin class! Spin was FUN today. The instructor played 5 Lady Gaga songs. It really got me going. Headed to a concert tonight, so there will definitely be some dancing on my part today as well.
by the time i got to the gym last night it was only open for like 40 more minutes so i dead some leg stuff, deadlifts, jump roped for a bit and ran for like 5 minutes.
Mid section. Arm tonage. It's rest day today, but I may go for a 15min jog. Bloody windy though. Cold wind. I walked the dog. Good enough?
Tonight I did my usual full-body routine consisting of the big compound lifts, sans deadlifts, following a 28 hours fast having consumed nothing but black coffee, yohimbe and BCAAs prior to the workout. It was one of my best sessions in a while. I got in a lot in relatively short time.
New PRs. And more is done in less time. Lots of energy and workout strength. When I am fasting for 24 hours or more and deep into ketosis, I have tons of energy to fuel some of what have been my best workouts. Eating before working out makes me feel weak and sluggish.
Another good workout tonight. Bench press - 5x8 Curls - 5x12 Rows - 5x15 Shoulder press - 3x15 Squats - 5x8 Diamond pushups: 100 SICKENING!!!

Going to do my workout and then 50 miles on my Orbea bicycle. I am running low on motivation today but better get started before the afternoon wind shows up.
Are guys allowed to do kettleball swings? or are they for girls? benefits of them? my jaw is getting soo toned
