legs today....love leg training, they so pumped after back squats 5 sets standing calves and seated raises 12 sets leg press 7 sets goblet squat 3 sets to finish the legs off also did Tibullus(?) 3 sets, this makes the calves from the front look Impressive next up, pull day (chest, triceps)
cool, good to hear you are getting those results. I am sure you right, cos I have been getting noticeable bigger in my shoulders ,arms, etc and belly getting less fat...so that's good and I think it's good. Get three squares a day and listen to your body. I also only do about 140-150 grams or protein daily, not 190 like the conventional wisdom would say for a person my weight. keep up the good work.
routine 1. can bench 275 x8 295 x5 315 x3 for the first time in a year and im 203. Was 218 last time i could do that. Gonna try to get 345 up for 1 in a couple days. Im very strong but my cardio isnt great and my flexibility is average. Need to keep at the cardio and possibly do something besides just the bag
Eh my stretching is pretty halfass. Just tryin to improve my ability to do a head kick. feet together legs straight toe touch. Middle splits. Then ill lift each leg up onto something high. Kinda alternate between those for a bit. Ill really push the stretching as much as i can handle cause im not warm up stretching. Im trying to improve flexibility. I should add bridge for back flexibility. You might wanna try to youtube gymnastics stretches
Routine 1. Didnt even come close to getting 345 up on bench. Havent been eating well the past couple days. lost a few pounds. Down from 207 to 203. Oh well. im tryin to be a lean 205 anyway. Didnt increase weight on leg press like i had planned. I feel weaker today all around due to skipping meals. Might do some stretching and cardio later
