Got back into gym past few weeks. Pretty much every day. Went from doin 205 6 times 3 weeks ago to 11 times today. So my max has gone from 250ish to 275ish. Love me some muscle memory. (A year ago i was maxing 340). So hopefully itll be back up over 300 in not too long
Been doing rounds on the heavy bag for cardio and stretching cause im so damn unflexible. Id like to be able to put my palms on the ground but i cant even touch my toes. Id like to be a little better at head kicks and itd help me work from jitsu guard and i need better flexibility for that. My dumb ass hit the bag without gloves a few days ago and i tore my knuckles to hell. Now i gotta wait til these scabs heal before punching it again. Gives me an opportunity to work on kicks i guess. Im more of a boxer than kickboxer by default but hopefully kicking more will make my arsenal more diverse
probably but realistically i dont see me doing any of that. Just gonna try to get a little closer to my toes each day. The split legged touch middle then each toe. Then putting one leg up on something high and leaning forward.
Hey I wouldn't be making fun. This guy trains for an actual sport. He wins and gets paid for his efforts! Not like a bunch of narcissistic fucks that are training for nothing and bragging about it to boot! ha ha just razzing... remember though, one day you will lose it all anyway.
Did you know that if you drank only water and ate only healthy foods and vegetable and you went to the gym every day.. You're still going to die anyway?
this is what i look like after 3 months of working out. i have been going to the gym on average 1 or 2 times a week, going to yoga 1 or 2 times a week, and riding my bike up a mountain multiple times one time a week.
I'm happy to see so many into being fit...we should start a thread about our fitness goals Mine is to look like the David Statute, but with more mass. David here could bring up is quads, chest, shoulders and traps...he has great calves tho. Going to do deadlifts today and back
Thats a highly idealized form to begin with in that Michelangelo sculpture. It hardly represents the reality of most mens bodys, even athletes from back then. You think you can do better IRL! Go for it dude
