Is that the film with Robert Ninno something during the holacaost? I think this film was absolutely fantastic. I saw it three times. And oh hes, I have a weakness toward sad movies, I have tears in my eyes at most anything sad and sometimes I cannot handle it, I start sniffing and my family go "There he goes again....". And would you believe it? Sometimes I have tears when I watch cartoons too. Fucking hell, even children's cartoons.
It's a tie between Dumbo (when his mom is locked up after protecting him and she rocks him to sleep through the bars) and Bambi (when his mom gets killed, of course). Boys Don't Cry Edward Scissorhands and most recently, Brokeback Mountain.
Yes, I finally saw it. It was good. The performances were 110% better than I expected. You should defnitely see it.
there are many, devil's arithmetic, walk to remember, omg even the ya-ya sisterhood only this one part in the movie that reminds me of my dad tho(where her father shows up and gives her a hug)
a river runs through it...when paul dies and his dad is asking about him. titanic made me cry, when the band refuses to leave. awakenings, with robin williams and robert deniro...too good. i cried during free willy when i was about 10 years old.
"Where The Red fern Grows" has a sad ending when Billy's dog Little Ann dies of a broken heart after Ole Dan dies from injuries fighting a cougar.
Now I have to add Brokeback Mountain. I wish the theaters wouldn't turn the lights back on so soon, it gives me less time to wipe the tears away. Although in this movie, I don't think anyone would have noticed through the tears in their own eyes.
Ghost did, only because it made me think how broken i'd be if my true love wasn't here. Films that make you think about your life, the negative aspects i guess and especially if there is a parallel, they get to me.
The end of Blow is emotional for me, when he sees his daughter and has a nice conversation with her and then she disappears. I havent cried in it but it is sad.
I want to see Where the Red Fern Grows sooooooooooo badly. I've read the book about a hundred times and cry my eyes out every time. It's one of my favorite books My Crying movies: ~ Forest Gump ~ Radio ~ My Dog Skip ~ Fox and the Hound ~ Fahrenheit 9/11 ~ Dumbo (for two reasons. One is because the men were evil to the mommy elephant, the other was because the train that says "I think I can, I think I can" freaks the shit out of me. ~ Bowling for Columbine ~ The Notebook ~ Stepmom and many many others. I cry so much in movies it's unbelievable.
I agree. I didn't cry but that was sad. Movies I did.. RENT.... Hmm I know there are others but they don't come to mind.
