Sophie Scholl, the first movie I actually cried at. You just have to check this movie out, it's the story of Sophie Scholl who was a member of the studentresistance in Germany at WW2. Eventually she was killed, but in the hours before she got 5 minutes to say goodbye to her parents. Man, that was so touching, I'll never forget that scene. This film will open in the US in early 2006. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0426578/
The green mile always. Also what's eating Gilbert Grape, Steel Magnolias, and the dress code (when the little boy is listening to his dad say terrible things about how he wishes he wasn't his son) edward scissorhands, spitfire grill. too many more to count
the notebook made me cry like a baby. also sisterhood of the traveling pants and garden state( my favorite movie of all time ). But i know there are more but those that i can remember off the top of my head.
Definitely The Notebook and the Lion King, as others have said. I almost cried during Mr. & Mrs. Smith because I couldn't believe the stupid filmmaker fucks actually included punching in the lovemaking scene like violence and sex went hand in hand. Also because the rest of the theater laughed at this. I cry in movies a lot, this is all I can remember at this time. Anything where I have to watch someone else endure sadness, it makes me sad too...
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind...when they are erasing his memory and the house is breaking apart. That really sent me over the edge thinking about losing someone special. But the most I ever cried was What Dreams May Come when everyone dies and then each time they get reunited in the afterlife. That movie kicked my emotional ass.
I cried in Armageddon and in the first Lord of the Rings movie when Boromir died. Even if he was kinda evil it WAS sad!
schindlers list.. i cried in the theater.. i can't beleive the assholes in front of me didn't.. but instead turned around to look at me..
I don't know if it was mentioned yet, I didn't read all 14 pages, but "The Notebook" is one hell of a tear jerker.
Scarface(when Tony Montana dies) Legends of the Fall(Great movie. If you haven't seen it, see it) Tupac: Resurrection
La vita e bella was the most, most beautiful movie that I was ever seen I've got to mention Edward Scissorhands and Hair too
