Perhaps your brain and body are reacting to not having so many toxins and stimulants in your body. They are both functioning or re-awakening themselves from effects that occurs when these substances are fueling you. Your mind is re-adjusting and establishing or re-establishing links. Maybe a change of diet is in order...or start drinking and smoking again.[IMG]

    Ha!

I'll think of you tomorrow when I feel awkward while commuting in a crowded train and passing out- [IMG]

odon: No way I'm going back. I'm changing to a healthier diet too.

I've had the symptoms you describe when I gave up my vices.
    Especially the death feeling.
Post if altering your diet helps...
    Thanks.

    P.S good luck.

That happens to me a lot, since always and more lately. It's very intense. I guess it's not the same, but I tend to have low blood sugar and that's exactly how I feel if I havent eaten for a long time (so maybe it's not the same). If I dont stop myself, slow down, even sit down, dont care where I am, right in a sidewalk, in the middle of a store, wherever. I need to sit down or I'll faint. It has happened to me like 6 times already.
I do like being in the dark, no matter what, but the colors and being unable to carry a conversation. It can also be anxiety, I dont know.

I know what you mean. In the afternoons, I have trouble concentrating, staying awake, and/or I get weird aches and pains. Also, when I stand up, I lose a lot of blood from my head. I've been taking Excedrin or Vicoprofen for them, and it works. It makes everything feel nice. The only problem is that I'm on them everyday now.
