    There's nothing like a pot of Yogi Tea on a cold winter's day. I'm fortunate that Infinity Foods in Brighton sells it as loose tea, which is generally hard to come by.

    i drink pg or similar in the morning but then throughout the day i drink my own blend of chamomile, rosehip, marigold and nettle.
