It really would depend on what I'm eating the cheese on/with. If it's in a sandwich, then cheddar. If on it's own or with crackers, then brie. If on pasta either parmesan or mozzerella. Or cream cheese if there's a bagel about.
i love all the fancy cheeses, like mexican, stilton with cranberrys, wensleydale with apricotes...all the fancy stuff that is around at xmas time...hmmmmmmmmmm cheese...oh man...and there is me trying to stay off the stuff. oh yeah and of corse philadelphia, and all soft chesses really..the more herby and garlicy the better...and......lmao...cottage cheese with pineapple...oh my...i could eat a whole pot of that like yogurt....lmao.....hahahahahah
Gjetost Norwegian caramel cheese, I probably like it so much because i only get to eat it once a year or so. I ordinarily like boursin and goats cheese best. My fav goats cheese is ragstone mature goats cheese
Other, Dutchmasadam. My all time favourite cheese. Sometimes it is hard to get and I have to wait for it to be reordered at a shop I go to.
I really like cheddar cheese mozzerella cheese also like but i take this with only pasta and some time i take flavoured and creamy cheese with bread
