Isn't it Ben Harper, who sings that? I've got his Fight Your Mind album with that song on it. Either way it is a good song
^^Ben Harper, you are correct. I have never heard of a jack johnson version either live or studio. That doesn't mean he HASN"T done it, but I highly doubt it That is one issue I have with the mass internet availability of music is the mislabeling of songs. The marijuana-phish myth really bothers me.
hmmm used to be pretty much any bone thugs song.. i still do enjoy smokin a fat blunt and listenin to bone.
The Pusher- Blind Melon(cover of Steppenwolf of course) You don't know how it feels- Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers i'm not entirley sure about this one, but i think it's about smokin' drugs, maybe not weed: Stranglehold- Ted Nugent
almost every andre nickatina song has the word marijuana in it so all of his but the best to are smoke one- mr.pookie and chewy-dre dog
yeah, me too. I like them about the same though, since the toys version is more rootsy, and the sublime version has a soaring guitar and a great bassline. Not to mention the outstanding vocals of Bradly Nowell!
bob never did smoke two joints, thats a pretty common misconception cuz limewire sucks and some prick labeled a live sublime version as bob marley. but the toyes did the original which sublime covered
'Smoke Two Joints' by Sublime, yup, yup. And 'Little Green Bag' by George Baker Selection (Resevoir Dogs theme), though a lot of my friends are contesting that it's about weed, but I still think it is, and I luv the song. Also 'Hits From The Bong' - Cypress Hill And 'Preacher Punk' by 3CR "Shut the fuck up, smoke sum skunk!!"
You're right. I also understand how dumbasses do that on Limewire and such, the thing I love seeing the most is "We don't need no education" by Pink Floyd.... nuff said. And also to add this in there, was quite interesting when I was searching for 'The Toyes' http://thetoyes.com/sublime.html
