think positive, try to stay motivated, get out and keep urself active. if ur doing drugs QUIT!, if ur smokin weed daily QUIT, get clean get on track, remember positive stuff, forget all the negitivity. Humans tend to embrace negitivity before positivity, it needs to be the other way around
