lol wow, this thread is still going. i don't think i even really care anymore...the only concern i would really have is if sweetval was trying to hook-up with people in the n.y. area...that doesnt seem to be the case so, meh, fuck it. i still don't believe you sweet val, but i did remove redhawks pic...i could have linked to it and followed the rules, but i removed it out of respect.
as far as the pics go, in themselves i don't think they could be calssified as child porn, but in the context of the blog i do believe they could...besides the artistic merit clause has little merit in todays soccer mom policing society.
also take this into account...redhawk is an ethnic minority, who runs a pretty much anti us gov site denouncing all their policies, add a side order of underage naked girl and redhawk is looking at a long time behind bars. thanks to the patriot act, they don't even need to formally charge him/you
now don't get me wrong, im not threatening to call the cops or anything like that, personally i don't give a shit, nor do i believe those pictures are of an acutal minor. i believe they were taken off another site.
but if he is so grandfatherly to you, its pretty assholish of you to put him in such jeopardy.
oh thnx for stating my post count by the way, and saying what a waste of bandwith, though i find it odd comming from a user who has talked about nothing on this board excpet for zany sexual experiences...which taken singly are hard to beleive but taken as a whole are outright impossible to believe....a user who has contirbuted nothing to this board but that and his/her own defense on this thread.

That sweetval was a fake was obvious from day 1, PAINFULLY obvious mind you... OF COURSE s/he is going to protest when you try to expose him/her.

Really, the blog isn't that bad of a read... porny and amateurish yes, but hey... it's not like he's getting paid for it. The pictures, they COULD be an issue potentionally if the girl(s) in them are under 18 - he can be charged with "Posing a minor nude" if he took them and potentially with "Possession of child pornography with the intent to distribute" if they are deemed porn.

But since he pulled the pictures, hell let him write, leave him alone, the poor bastard probably has no other outlet. And don't read it if you don't like it...

if they perpetuated the lie when someone was trying to hook up with them, yeah, i can see how that's a problem. 'else, it's just like reading erotica - chances are it's fake, what's wrong with that? Something similar happened on another forum I talked on, the person's just acting out what they wished someone else was really like. so this guy was a bit of a creep, well, it wasn't like any of us should be trying to hook up with a sex crazed 15 year old anyways
