Existence Weirds Me Out

Taking this in a different direction...

How did the world ever get by without me? It must have been the happiest confluence of coincidence, miracle, and dumb luck that managed preserve this teetering mass of reality just long enough for me to show up and take the helm. What's truly frightening is that I will eventually have to choose a successor from a vast pool of "unqualifieds".
