Everybody's Doing A Brand New Chat, Now!

Irm how long take you to drive to Amsterdam? .. would it be like driving from New York to Kentucky or something like that?..

 

Umm. Yeah.

Distance wise it's probably not that far. Well it is. If I was able to drive in a straight line maybe it would take several hours. But it'll take me several hours just to wind ourselves through the alps onto a highway.

About 9 hours drive apparently.

 

It feels weird that in 1/3 of that time I'd be in Munich which is relatively close to me and only 2/3 of that time I'd be all the way in Amsterdam. Damn mountains!

I remember in Norway driving from Trondheim to
Can't remember. Was not a long distance but it took hours. Snaked along a dodgy road in winter, could have walked over the mountain faster instead of driving around 10 mountains to get over one.
