The other day, I was looking at my old passport photo from about 7 years ago. Apart from hairstyles etc, not much has changed. My eyes have a few more laughter lines, but then again I laugh a lot. I also have a couple of recent facial scars but I think they add character. All in all, I'm in pretty good shape.

me too. i'm really considering going back to it. no joke. clean, lean natural meats and loads of vegetables. i felt so much better back there. and my cholesterol levels would put a 16 year old cheerleader to shame. my ass would likely look much better now, too. something has happened to my ass. it's round now. it never EVER was before. so now all i have to do is slim it down and i'll be over the top hot.

Of the pop diets, the one I'd recomend would be South Beach Diet, because it's simply good nurtitional advice packaged slickly.
