^^^A company of evil working devils is the "It" of a mill producing/making things with an intent to cause harm and terror. Those things are of harmful chemical agents and harmful bio agents. The taken down part is where they are delivered into a greater authorities grasp. One of these big ones is an authoritive figure that those devil would literally rather not please. Please, as in, aid to gather the rest of the devils to stop their criminal organization and activity. Tub is also as a tub boat. As the sign which can mean the lie tubbed the alien/queen. A tub boat brings a bigger boat in or a bigger boat out.
