It is a great place for reference. Thankfully it is around for exactly that reason.

The thing I thought ironic is, I wonder how many parents are now combing the site and then their kids rooms for those so called everyday items.

 

so they never really came out and said he did ayahuasca did they? but that's what it sounded like...exactly how did he "overdose?" was he in physical danger or just freaking out?

I assume it was ayahuasca he tried to make since they implied it with the video sequence, but what could be dangerous from that, too much MAO-I?

Seems more likely this noob found out about the synergy between alcohol/opiates/benzos and tried one of those and had the common respiratory depression, but I guess that's old news and isn't exotic, must be ayahuasca, but this guy doesn't look like someone who would want to make it, or be able to get everything out of the experience.

They are not going to do that as this is the "example" of how you should not do drugs and you should not read and you should not make any decision that is not main stream.

They have no legal recourse to shut down this site or any other, so instead it is a general blurb on what is bad........they are never going to say that "some" of the advice on there is good or helpful.

I imagine it's down sometimes when they update stuff, it is .org, not .com, so maybe they don't have much money...

 

I dont get it, they had to take one of the best informatonal websites and try to make a bad name for it! I do agree that the news exaggerates on issues, especally bad ones and thats why i dont watch the news. If they try to take erowid town i will not be too happy.
