I do like me some Rick Wakeman, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YJ9W2pZwvlY but Arlo has a way of turning a simple song into a Epic song (in this thread's meaning of Epic) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G9y5QQmYMdA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9QTj45cTB4U
The clip I downloaded was in colour and lasts 6 minutes, maybe a bit more polished than the 11 minute version. I don't take any drugs other than tea and coffee, not even raspberry cordial, but if were to get up and perform in front of half a million people, I might want to take some speed.
Just listened again full through. ------------L at night--listen--you'll go -------and go-------Thanks again. Oh the memories-
Have you heard this one by Neu! ? They formed out of Kraftwerk in the early 70's. Minimalist, but it gets into your head... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EAXYMOgHQI4
Not exactly epic length, but the other tracks from this show are all contiguous? If that's the right word? Blend together and whatnot. You could probably include half of the Dead's repertoire in this thread. Though, there's a lot of good stuff, there's a lot of not so great stuff out there too Anyways... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=owqqnFNRnf8&feature=youtu.be Spent an hour and a half trying to figure out how to embed a song from a diff website with no results, so I came up w this instead. Also, Joe Russo's Almost Dead does a spectacular high energy version of Viola Lee Blues. Kind of more "metally?" sounding Dead. I enjoyed it. Sounds a little 'staged' but they're pretty good. Nice intensity value lol. link-https://youtu.be/x2JZDWFswU0 I also ran out of time trying to edit my post, so... yeah!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2DRG-KIVVu8 There are 4 parts in total, the others are even more chill. This is my favourite because of the groovy part with the guitar. Check it out! :sifone:
