If he was growling, & more buff he'd look just like Nikki Sixx... If he were legal, & I was single.. I'd bed him in a second. I could care less about the stereotype. Besides, I loved the Nightmare Before Christmas.
The fact that those of you who seem to have a problem with it call people dressing like that Emos (like a racist would use the N word) , it shows me that it really is just a shallow label, probably as a result of insecurity by those using it. Whats wrong with emotion anyway? Edit: I'm not calling anyone a racist, I'm just saying its nice to think before labeling someone
How can anyone say emo kids are "different" when they're posers dressing the way that thousands of teenagers dress? Being different isn't about how you dress, it's about who you are. So fuck the intolerant jerks who cannot accept the opinions of others who think people who dress like that are pathetic idiots looking for attention.
thats true, there should only be a finite amount of looks, and anyone outside of that should be ridiculed and tormented, after all, style has already been defined, and no one should start any new trends
Who said they were different..besides you? You know..The way you're acting..One might think you were jealous...Or latent.
Yup, that's my opinion. I am sure they would have an opinion about me, too. But I don't ridicule people like this (not to their faces anyway), nor would I ever condone it. I feel sorry for them, so if I saw a person like this, I would just ignore them. There are plenty of people out there who love giving attention to those who are desperately seeking it. I am not one of them.
have you ever gotten to know anyone who had a different look, a goth, a punk etc? do you really think you know enough to write off every single person that dresses or looks a certain way? perhaps you are the superficial one maybe people just want to have fun and be creative with their clothing and look
I like people who are DIFFERENT. I don't like people who go out of their way to LOOK DIFFERENT so people will THINK they're different when they're followers like everyone else. I don't like fake people, and in my opinion goths, emos, whatever... are just as bad as women who wear tons of makeup and think they're sex symbols. Or men who walk around sticking their chests out thinking they're "macho." These people all share a similar trait, and that is narcissism. They just have different ways of expressing their narcissism. I don't like people who try to be anything other than what they are. In my opinion, goths and emo people are simply being followers, much like those who wear American Eagle and Old Navy and proudly sport the logo because those in their peer group do. I never write off anyone based soley on how they look. But chances are that if a person is dressing really flamboyantly, they're going out of their way just so people will think a certain way about them. These are not the type of people I normally associate with, but that isn't to say I wouldn't get along with some of them or share similar opinions. I am speaking in general terms, not absolutes.
