oooohhhh I love camping too!!! I have no one to go with (that I would want to go with) this summer ): Where are you guys going to go camp at? I eat 30 percent fruit, 20 percent vegetables, 20 percent whole grains and 20 percent protein to fall somewhere around 50/30/20 ...the cool thing about being sick is my insurance approved me for a nutritionist for a year. I should be losing more than I am but I am having a hard time a-cutting out coffee and refined carbs and b-getting enough sleep (which increases cortisol levels). I am getting a lot of nice words I just don't think I look as good as I should for how hard I have been working ): it used to come off sooooo fast ): 2 pounds is great!!!!!!!!!!! Do you live near a trader joes? they have these huge bags of pre sliced apples for like 2 bucks...but the problem with when I go in there is they have so many cookies and I always get them too lol grrrrrr gimmme me spinach lol HUGS
We don't have a Trader Joes that I know of. My favorite apple are Gala apples. Have you ever had them? Maybe now that you are in a different job/scene your stress will decrease and you'll see the progress you want with your weight. Stress is a killer on trying to lose weight. Since I've been lightening up a bit I can feel my body relax a bit more. My carb cravings are not as intense. I actually craved a salad the other night. I saw a nutrionalist years ago. Back then I needed to gain weight. I weighed 98 pounds, very sick. She wanted me to eat 6 small meals a day. For me to eat 6 a day I'd never leave the kitchen. People, places, and things...that's what helped. We camp nearby. There are 6-8 adults and 6 children, oh and 2 dogs. Too bad you live so far away. You could pitch a tent with us.
