crappie, its not about the anti-christian things, its anthing "promoting hatred/violence"

I'd like to know how they can determine whether or not a black metal song is promoting hatred.. www.darklyrics.com? I'll bet they can't make it out just by listening to it.

Unlike rap, where the music is based around the lyrics, which are quite clear.

Why do people have to blame music...I hate these assholes who blame music. They dont want to beleive that the kid or the parents are at a fault NOO they gotta blame some band they listen to. What the hell is wrong with people! I mean seriously why blame an art for what the actions of a person does. I listen to wide variety of black metal and death metal and most recently gore metal. I dont want to sacrafice and kill or rape or shit. Its not the musics fault but the damn kids fault for being stupid.

Ahahahaha! Satyricon and Emperor?? What the fuck?
    That's 25% funny and 75% sad.
Besides, I don't see what makes OLDER Satyricon and Emperor more liable for censorship of this kind, as even back in the Medieval/Nightside days both bands were pretty 'safe' if you ask me.

Marduk do flirt with NS-symbology here and there* and of course have their WWII/Dritte Reich obsession since Panzer. But I've read all their lyrics and there are absolutely no racial themes involved in any of them.

*) I have a longsleeve of them with an emblem on the back depicting snakes and a knife engraved with a pentacle with a wolf in it. It stems from Nazi-Germany and the original emblem had a swastika on it instead of a pentagram. That's as wild as it gets. Bannable material? I think not.

Its not just about what they sing, its about personal beliefs as well, like if a band is known to be nazi supportive, they won't be on ebay..

Yeah, but I don't think Satyricon, Emperor and Marduk ARE nazi-supportive in any way, judging from interviews etcetera.

Pigpen from the Grateful Dead wore a jacket with an SS-badge on it, so we'd better ban all Grateful Dead material from ebay, since it's obviously based on fascist and nationalistic principles.
