yes. i ride my bike. i don't have a car. i try to do some stretching/yoga type moves once a day for 30 minutes to an hour too. i think yesterday it might have been the heat and riding my bike a few miles that did it to me.
Make sure you drink your water, eat your veggies, exercise, and vitamins are probably not a bad idea. What's your blood type? Maybe you should start eating meat. It's good for you.
I feel you boogs...in regards to your comment about doctors. But really, it's probably the best thing to do if you really feel you have a problem that may escalate to something that affects your ability to survive or in your case also provide (kids). It's obviously your choice, but I'd say see a doctor if you're really concerned....at least it might put some of these concerns to rest? And if there is a problem, it's much better to do something about it earlier than later.
i'm AB+ blood.. so NO i should NOT be eating meat... you think i'm sick now.. i get worse when i eat meat. i couldn't do it anyways... uke my insurance is all messed up right now.. so i first have to get that worked out before i can even see a doctor... why can't we have socialized medicine for the poor people that want it.. and insurance covered/pay for doctors that can afford it and want it??? ooh yeah.. greedy.
I think you need to see a good doctor.Someone who really is good at diagnosing things, not just any run of the mill guy/gal that has a degree labeling them as a doctor.--As far as socialized medicine, well what can I say the US and Banana republics don't have it.I guess in some ways the US is just not as civilized as other countries.
See... If you lived in Canada you wouldn't have this healthcare problem.. You'd just go down to the hospital and then wait 6 hours because there are so many fucking immigrants abusing the system because their kid has a cold. lol, that's the only bad thing about our damn hospitals I guess. But that is a really bad problem lol.
fucking capitalist... making money off of sick people is just.. wrong. i feel like barfing. ugh.. what the hell? maybe i'm pregnant with jesus part 2. i might end up going to urgent care if this continues and i can't get things switched around.
So, I guess it's better not to have healthcare at all? Or pay hyperinflationary prices, as opposed to sharing space with dirty immigrants who are "abusing the system" (I'm sure they love to hang out at hospitals) for 6 hours? BTW, I've waited over 6 hours in private hospitals in the past.
nausea and heart palpitations.. there are 5000 reasons why you may have those. if you want help, go get it. if you don't then keep worrying about your symptoms until it leads to a full blown panic attack.. which will happen if you don't look for the reason behind your symptoms. try to separate your physical symptoms from your thoughts, they seem to be blending together.
i have been to the doctors.. several times.. i already said in this thread they think it could be CFS or FM... both list heart palpulations as symptoms. just sucks being sick non-stop... how much can the human body stands before it gives up?
Have you tried taking more magnesium into your diet? I've heard Mg deficiencies can often be the cause of spurious health problems like this.
Depression and anxiety can make a body feel like total crap too, it's amazing how much it can affect your body as a whole. I think I remember you saying that you take something for the depression/anxiety, but maybe it's not working like it should, or maybe it's causing some of your symptoms, have you checked out the full list of side affects? I don't know. Just a thought?
Good luck with that. I'm sure you'll start to feel better soon, whatever it is. You're only 32 and you are a woman so the chances of developing serious heart problems at your age is pretty slim. There's all sort of reasons for ailments like this, I'm sure it's nothing to worry about, maybe just something brought on by stress. Make sure you get your omegas as well.
sorry, i somehow missed those posts. i can relate, i was sick basically every month last year and the year before and in the hospital a lot. rock bottom sucks but know there's only one direction to go from there. have you considered holistic health treatments? therapy, meditation, yoga, massage, acupuncture, herbs, supplements, etc...? i started w/the advice of a professional to help me improve my health and life with a lot of tools. they've done more for me than drs and meds ever did. best wishes eace:
i stopped taking all the anxiety meds. i feel okay.. things are not going smoothly.. but i'll figure it all out. i try to get all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients i need to stay healthy. probably why this bugs me so much.
