Well, when playing with myself I'll often use a little lube, but I also often just use a little spit. I prefer taking it slow and using the natural juices in the ass (cuz there are some if you let it build up) than lubing all up in there. But 100% dry anal is hardly even possible, however, if you got it in your dick would get a little wet and it would work more and more. Theres just really no reason to even try going totally dry.

Given the vintage of this post I doubt the OP is even here anymore but I'll put my $.02 in.

I've given dry anal on numerous occasions with no ill effects for either partner. It is more work since you are relying more on foreplay than other external ingredients and it isn't for amateurs.

First you have to give a lot of attnention and foreplay to really relax the muscles and mind of the reciever. I mean tons of foreplay followed by excruciatingly slow penetration. Be prepared to be there for at least an hour your first time as you refine your technique/communication with your partner it will take less time.

Second you have to have established trust and communication. You really have to read/listen to each others verbal and body language. you have to listen when her mouth says stop and pay attention when her body says stop and adjust.

If you can do those 2 things and sometimes start with a little vaginal for lube and take it very easy it can be done.
