Big second on Layer Cake -- excellent movie. It's what got Daniel Craig noticed and led to his getting cast in the Bond movies.

Also have to second Naked Lunch. It's one of the trippiest movies I've seen.

Just watched Being John Malkovich again last night and although it's not about drugs, well, it's pretty out there.

 

They may be obvious ones but you didn't list them so, Blow and Clockwork Orange.

Saw it, fucking loved it. I can't be too sober when I watch it though.

last time I watched spun I was tripping balls on some vowels.

 

Is it just me or did Micky Rourke bear a striking resemblance to Ted Nugent in that one?
