yeah, when oli got back from the vet after being done, he was curled up on the sofa, and he suddenly jumped up and was stalking across the carpet [in that way that cats do] and was just staring at the gap under the gas fire, and we thought he'd seen a spider or a mouse, but there wasnt anything there.. it was so weird

Cat's are definitely hallucinatory creatures. They have a mind of their own.

Cats are alien camcorders, and I can prove it. 1. There is no record of domesticated cats prior to Ancient Egypt, and in ancient egypt they are worshipped as 'gifts from the gods.' 2. Cats eyes and ears are more developed than ours, and they can even hear the electricity in the wires. They can see in almost pitch black darkness. 3. Have you ever seen a cat jump up out of a sound sleep and run into the other room? Downloading and Uploading information from the Mothership. 3. Cats have the same general shape to their skull as the 'greys'- Large almond shaped eyes, small mouth, small nose. Hold their ears back, you'll see what I mean. And finally 4. They never make mistakes. Everything they do is definitely on purpose, and they have no sense of humor... Almost robotic. Once you know, you can't unknow. Welcome to the Catrix...

Alaskan malamute her name is Tundra. I have posted these pics of her before. She's my best friend and the best dog I have ever had. I love all my dogs, but something very primal and wise about this dog....and she howls like a wolf which is bad ass.

Indeed they are great. If I was animal in a past life, it was definitely a wolf. I have always, since a kid, had love for wolves. Her sweetness is only a front though. She can be a real predator if she wants to.

She killed this when we were walking in the snow....more like she left the yard and went to go find her and on the way back a squirrel ran up a tree and out of instinct I said "Get it!" I didn't actually think she would be she did. I let her eat it.

She carries the the damn thing around for 2 days chewing before eating it though. I thought it was funny.

no not all. I have seen very few with a full mask like she has. Most malamute I have seen don't have the eye brows, that's why I think people think she's a husky a lot of the times. Malamute are red, tan, brown, white, and black in color. She's small compared to others but average according to breed standard. She's about 65-70lbs.

Other malamute examples...not as unique without the eyebrows. Those are my favorite marking she has. These pics below are the average markings you see. They are all unique in their own right, but some more than others. Classic malamute difference is a curled tail over their back like a whale's dorsal(?) fin. Husky tails curl on top of their back or stick straight up.

Wolves would still be my first choice, however I've kind of wanted to get a Doberman lately. And put a big spiked collar on him. Would be badass
