Bump.. I wanted to post an update of Milla, I still miss Lily dearly =( Milla, Our American Dingo/Carolina Dog This is her when we first got her This is her now her ears went up, and she looks more like a dingo now.. She is getting big very fast.
Thank you Gretaoto, she is the same breed as lily was, but red. Almost 3 months now,she will be 3 months Feb. 2nd =)
That carolina dog is tight I wanna get a dog soon im thinkin of a Pitbull or a shelter dog not sure which ever one costs less feria in my city i see red and blue pits all the time in the paper for like 60 bucks so well see whats up
Well I know up here shelter dogs' "adoption" costs about a hundred bucks (but it does include neutering and shots and such), but you might be better off with the pit bull if you're looking to save cash. Although rescuing dogs from the shelter is always nice They always look so sad
Awww, and the kitties! All the animals are so cute and sad I just want to go and adopt them all! But we already have two dogs and a kitty so my mom would probably be pissed lol.
Thank you, she is a hand full. The breed is very very active, but she is use to the snow and cold weather now, so she's able to play more outside. Pitbulls are great dogs, but sometimes not to great with other dogs, depends really. I worked at a dog daycare for a couple years, and a lot of them didnt make it through evaluation, very territorial, but they are still great dogs if you train them right.
Why not a shelter Bully? And I know you're gonna do whatever you feel like, but you shouldn't be picking one dog over another just because it's cheaper. Huh, I wonder why? Anyone about to get a Bully should know this. I'm actually surprised that you had people bringing them into daycare. Setup for failure
yeah, No shit right. yeah Pretty much, it was sad. Some made it just fine, all depends on the gene I guess. I had to break up many fights, it sucked
Shelter dogs here are like 55 bucks spayed/neutered and all shots but i wouldnt trust a pit from a shelter been through to much shit to be reliable plus i want to raise it from a pup. Im still gonna browse the shelter though my friends pit is pregnant so i might snag one of those before i move to austin. I just dont want a dog that gets too big cause im gonna live in an apartment and I dont want to pay huge fees for animals. Pitbulls arent that aggresive if raised in the right enviroment. They do well around other dogs if raised with em but like any dog they are going to be territorial if some other mutt tries to invade their area.
