atheism requires faith in macro-evolution and the big bang, which is just a theory that has not been proven

Not all athiests believe in those things.

And both of those have huge amounts of evidence and proof that they are entirely possible.
For macro evolution look up a pepper moth. I'm not 100% sure on this one but I have read that it is a case of macro evolution. I don't know the specifics. And most scientists believe that the amount of transitional fossils is supportive evidence to support the thoery of macro evolution.
For big bang, a look through the hubble telescope can show that the universe can and still is building from nothing.

any respectable atheist would have a theory on how everything around us came to be at least. most of them would probably adopt evolutionism.

theres a lot of evidence pointing far away from evolutionism

For example: The human brain is the most complicated structure in the known universe. It contains over 100 billion cells, each with over 50,000 neuron connections to other brain cells. The brain receives over 100 million separate signals from the human body every second. If we learned something new every second of our lives, it would take three million years to exhaust the capacity of the human brain. In addition to conscious thought, people can actually reason, anticipate consequences, and devise plans – all without knowing they are doing so.

    coincidence? maybe.

Corey, you just have an answer for everything. My God. If only the people of the world would realize your brilliance on all things religious, we could all convert to Corey-ism. Is there no limit to your arrogance, I mean 'knowledge'?

    examples?

And there are many athiests that simply say they have no idea how we came to be.

And what is the point of your brain rant?

    having no idea is great.

my brain rant suggests that its pretty unlikely that such a complex design was made by random chance

The best part about atheism is the fact that we are able to admit it is impossible to know everything. There are plenty of unexplained and mysterious phenomena out there that modern science has yet to explain. It is nice putting faith in humanity to eventually discover some of these secrets instead of giving up and saying since we don't understand it there must be a god. Religion is kind of a cop-out if you ask me.

It wasn't made by random chance though. It didn't start out with what you describe. Humans evolved and there brains grew stronger.

And examples please that disprove evolution

Pat, you may as well give it up. Corey has no evidence, only his bible college textbooks. He is confusing education for wisdom.

    how about a living cell.

a living cell is so complex that its independant components stagger the imagination and defy evolutionary explanations. A minimal cell contains over 60,000 proteins of 100 different configurations. The chance of this assemblage occurring by chance is 1 in 10 to the 4,478,296th power. but yeah, that's likely

also, just because there is apparent order in the known universe, this justifies belief in a 2000 year old jew zombie and a jealous war god?

So because something is complex, you doubt it has occured naturally?
