   the vomiting may be due to gagging on post nasal drip mucus.
   
   the second time i tripped on dpt my sinuses were flowing down the back of my throat like a garden hose, and i THINK i gagged a few times, though it's hard to tell
   
   it didn't give much nausia at all, but i'd always recommend ginger!
