Ahah, bro, I could be getting my ass stomped by twenty g-units, the cops would come down, the g-units would scatter leaving me in a pool of my own blood. The cops would come over, say some remark about filthy hippies, and continue where the gankstas left off. Then they'd search me for 'fear of their safety' and locate illegal substances, for which they'd throw me in a cell. Cops can do whatever the fuck they want, and you best believe that if you got some dead stickers on your car, and long hair, that'll be reasonable enough cause for them. They will lie on the police report on top of that if they find trees or any kind of contraband saying there was a "strong odor of marijuana," or a "large amount of empty plastic bags strewn across the floor" <- shit like that is the worst. Best part is when a cop who wasn't even there writes the report... gotta love them pigs. Keeping scum off the streets. And no, you can't get arrested for being high, where's the evidence? If you were acting retarded and disturbing the peace or something you might be placed under protective custody, but that's about it. To arrest you, they need some kind of evidence, like a roach, a baggie with residue, a nug, or a barrel full of cocaine.
yeah i know like 4 ppl who got busted because of a bag lol cop" Lets take this bag down 2 the lab for residue testing" WHO THE FUCK CARES
damnit cops suck.. scary bastards.. and the worst thing is that there is no one to bust them when they break the law screwing us over... we can only hope in karma, and the bad cops come back as mosqitoes that get crushed, and the cool cops (oxymoron?) come back as great people
She could've, but if the cops gave a warning to everyone who's nice to them, it would defeat the entire purpose of the system, also as a teenager driver, the cops are automatically going to be harder on you.
Yea man I love how people think they can get away from cops because they actually beleive that they have rights, and that cops follow rules. These people just havent been in a real situation with asshole city cops.
Cops are individual humans, just because they wear a uniform doesn't mean they are all the same. Some are total assholes, some are nice, and some are fucking great. Just like any sample of the population. Police work does tend to attract alot of assholes though, i t'ink it's the whole 'position of power' dealy.
I totally agree. I got arrested two months ago and the arresting officer was the biggest dick. He wanted to charge me with felony child endangerment because someone I was with was 2 years younger than me (making him a 'minor' and me an adult) and he had a can of beer with him (he brought one can from home for himself, I had nothing to do with it, I don't even drink) He also wanted to make me post bail because I had $110 with me (something about if you have $100 on you, they can put bail on you, no idea really what was going on) aaaand he wanted to throw me into a cell. The cop that booked me was REALLY nice, talked the arresting officer out of the child endangerment (I guess it's the arresting officers decision,) the bail, and the jail cell. It was pretty awesome, the officer that was booking me was responsible for giving me a full search (they gave me a REAL quick pat down when I got arrested). He never bothered to check my hoodie pocket or my shoes. I had 4 grams in individual bags in my sock. All in all, not all cops are pigs. Although, I'd say a good lot of them are.
one time my friend just finished hot boxing a car in her driveway, all the weed was gone and the car was full of smoke and like 4 people and this cop opens the door and smoke just rolls out " he looks in and says everyone out" she starts laughing and says "search the car, we smoked all of it " and so he pats them down and looks in the car and just gets back in the car and drives away yay for success
So you didn't get arrested, you were taken under protective custody? Doesn't seem like you were charged with anything, IDK where you're from but around here if you get arrested you get put in a cell til the bondsman comes, at which point you pay him bail to go home, or you can sit around in the cell until the morning when court rolls around if you have no money.
