yes i am that way too. its better you to choose your friends then they to choose you... you know what i mean?! most people are motherfuckers , you must be careful with who you call your friends if you don`t wanna get hurt. and the really true friends are always, always very few. i mean the ones you can always count on in any kind of situation. it`s just one of the many laws of mother nature

 

sounds normal and sane. i don't call just anyone "friend" either. but i like people, i like to socialize, meet new people, etc. but friendship takes more than that.

yeah, my sis has this problem with flavor of the week and this whole "best" friend thing. I've heard her say the same thing about 5-6 different people. Each time it's " i have a lot of friends but this one is a true friend, has been there since whenever, blah blah blah" I have many people come and go some are funner, some I share more with, some I just respect. I have one best friend left.
