I never said Hilary is a hero, and I have heard all of the rumors about B Clinton before....so prove it......but I will take Hillary over Donald any day of the week...i think you won't know what being blown to smithereens means until DT is in charge....

You think he is some kind of wondrous hero, do you?

    Good for you....
You have a right to what you think, as do I.

    1. Please define my willful ignorance by specific examples.

    2. Let me rephrase your second statement. If someone climbs into my window and slits my throat, I would certainly agree that a crime has been committed, if I were still alive.
But should I be allowed to come to your door and hang you from the nearest tree, or should I first have to offer proof that you are the one who slit my throat in a court of law and wait for a jury to convict you?

    3. And what law has Hillary broken, and what court of law determined that she broke it?

    4. You are comparing Hillary Clinton to Adolf Hitler. Okay. Now to the specifics. Please explain your comparison in detail.
I could just as easily compare you to Adolf Hitler by making a simple statement such as, "you are spreading lies in the same way and by the same means that Adolf Hitler spread them in Germany." Please understand I'm not accusing you of that but only using it as an example. If I did that would you want an explanation as to why I said that? Would you consider it an attack on your person?

    1. It is true Bill Clinton has been accused of rape. So have lots of other people.
Has Bill Clinton ever been convicted of rape?

    2. Please show us the original "shaming" that Hillary Clinton did in regards to the 12 year old. Original video or transcript in full please.

    3. Are you accusing Hillary Clinton of purposely and willingly killing innocent children? Are you accusing her of purposely and willingly destabilizing certain regions of the world.
Are you saying that every time an innocent baby dies in a combat situation it is Hillary Clinton's fault and hers alone?

    4. Please define what a hero is, I think this term gets thrown around much to much today. In my eyes a hero is a person that willfully endangers their own life above and beyond their social or professional duty or occupation against all odds, in order to save another. For example I don't think every soldier or fireman is a hero for performing their duty under fire, that is their job. But if they jump on a hand grenade instead of into a fox hole, or run into a collapsing building with little hope of surviving in order to save other people...I would term them a hero. As Hillary Clinton has never put her life in danger to save another to my knowledge, I wouldn't call her a hero.

You should really look up Syria.

Hillary Clinton doesnt personally kill babies

But dead children in Syria are a direct or indirect result of American foreign policy -not JUST America, there are other nations with their greedy little hands in the conflict too, and of course a million different rebel groupa, but America is certainly involved amd responsible for the death of civilians

And Hillary advocates for getting more deeply involved in this war. I recommend looking up her position on a no fly zone and exactly what that entails.

Are you saying that all the dead children, as a result of violence I presume, are completely due directly or indirectly to American foreign policy? I see you do include other unspecified nations. Could you site the specific foreign policy you are talking about as the U.S. has many different forms of foreign policy. And could you site the other nations and their specific policy? Also what do you mean by indirectly? That leaves a lot of space. If we buy or don't buy oil from the Mid East, could that result, indirectly in the violent death of children as some nations might or might not have as much money to combat terrorists?

I see you do lay some of the blame on "millions" of different rebel groups. So I'll ask you, is Hillary Clinton the only one responsible for all these violent deaths and do you feel that if she is, she is willfully killing them, or do you think she may abhor their deaths just as you do and the rebel groups, such as ISIS, may be blamed at least as much as Clinton?

As to the no fly zone:
Clinton has proposed a humanitarian no fly zone in Syria. She has stated that it would have to be negotiated with the Russians and other actors around the world. The problem is that many anti air defenses, mostly supplied by Russia, are located in civilian zones. So the question becomes, would more lives be lost by taking out the air defenses, or more lost by allowing Assad to continue his barrel bombing of civilian centers also killing citizens and allowing the defeat of the rebels?
There is also the Russian question. Would they honor a no fly zone or not? And what would we do if they didn't? Hillary didn't answer this, perhaps, like Trump, she wants "to be unpredictable". So this question is, do we stand up to the Russians or let them continue to enforce their will in the region as they have done in Crimea by annexing it, as they are doing in Syria, and as they are trying to do in our election?
I don't know the answer to that question.
Are you for capitulating to the Russians?

Are you for allowing the continuation of Assad's barrel bombing which has killed about 20,000 civilians in Syria, has devastated the rebels and is being accomplished with Russia's aid?
If not, what is your solution?

Why? If he's found a cre then he's found a crime. No pressure from the right wing is needed.

Are you kidding? They were all over Trump with his locker room talk and his immigration policies and they hardly mentioned anything about the scandals of Clinton.

    I don't know what a cre is.

    Are you kidding?

Trump's "locker room" talk scandal lasted a week. We've been hearing these conspiracy theories about Clinton since 1978, that's almost 40 years!
And nothing has yet been found!

    LOL

You realize that we were never a democracy to begin with right? We are a constitutional republic. And it's funny that you say conservatives want to take away rights. Who's the group advocating gun rights? Who's the group advocating jobs? Who's the group advocating the protection of innocent life?

Syria is a cluster fuck mess up and to just single out the US involvement seems a bit unfair but how we have got to this point has involved US foreign policy decisions going back years from the over throw of Mohammad Mosaddegh in Iran in 1953 to the by way of the support for the mujahedeen in Afghanistan to the Iraq occupation it can’t be blamed all on Hillary.

I think the foreign policy of the Obama admin has been rather cack handed BUT the alternative here is Trump

The old Russian Soviet Union was a constitutional republic, republic just means not a monarchy and constitutional just means it has a constitution – the thing is that a constitutional republic doesn’t have to have democratic elements in it.

When large portions of the population were excluded from voting and slavery existed in the US it was still a constitutional republic.

I often get the impression that people that point out the US is a constitutional republic don’t particularly like the democratic element within the US system, I remember one that that was quite open about wanting to bring in a property qualification.

Hey, I am one person who thinks the USA should get out of everyone else's country and mind our own business...Like we don't have enough of our own business here to mind. i always said that....
It is one of my pet peeves in real life, too....busy bodies....
Someone once said...you can see what happnes on a larger scale by looking at things on the smaller scales...

With that said, there are no heros in politics....Everyone has their own agenda....Bernie came the closest to being my hero in politics, but we were cheated out of knowing someone in office that might have been great....but he is fighting for Hillary, too, now, on the campaign trail, as a surrogate. that tells me something. It tells me that he thinks Trump would be bad news, too...

After weighing my grievances of both cadidates we are looking at now....the scale tips in favor of Hillary as far as i am concerned. ...and that is not saying an awful lot.

I rarely have time to sit down at my computer and engage in lengthy debate, i do feel the subject warrants a lengthy and serious discussion but i'm on a mobile device so you'll have to forgive me if I only touch upon a few points.

In regards to American foreign policy - i am against nation building, dictator toppling interventionist world policing. I am against endless war in the middle east. I am against escalating anything with Russia, surely you must understand the cost of escalating military tension between two world superpowers.

I'm not going to cite other countries involved and their policies. Do your own research

In regards to your last paragraph, as I've said before I dont support America's role in toppling dictators and changing governments.Do you feel America is solely responsible for taking out Assad? Did you feel the same during the Bush administration with Saddam? Somehow i doubt it but maybe you'll surprise me with a lack of hypocricy.

Do you really believe the US's intentions in Syria are pure? Do you think we are there to stop an evil dictator? A bit naive if so.

Have you done any research into the two potential pipelines routes that will run through Syria? Or why do you think Russia and the US are waging a proxy war in Syria?

I understand there are a lot of players on the Syrian stage. I understand Clinton isnt singlehandedly engineering the conflict. But i do think she will escalate our presence.

I am not singling out the US, but I am an American. And therefore our presence weighs on my conscience. And it scares me to be frank.

I have one more thing to point out, not really in response to anything said here but as a general observation. Your outrage to the Russian's alleged i volvement in the email leaks is adorable, considering you are American. Your own country is guilty of the same. Your own country is guilty of regime change through violent force in some cases. Does this bother you? Or is it only bad when other countries do it?

The fact of the matter is that Americans don't get to vote on these issues. Would Americans have voted to go into Vietnam, Iraq or Afghanistan? I seriously doubt it, but none of us got a chance to vote on it at all. It was foisted upon us by our government. The same government that keeps failed and destructive policies, like the War on Drugs going for generations now.

Have you noticed how it relaxes when the country is mired in combat somewhere? The medical marijuana advances in California happened on GW Bush's watch. He was too busy being a global asshole to worry about stoners at home. Resources were cannibalized from every national entity to support his war buddies.

Hillary has made it obvious that the gates to the nation will be flung open when she wins the top seat. Trump says just about the opposite and is predictably labeled as a racist and Hitler. I wonder how the American people would vote on the issues facing the nation if they were granted the privilege by our lords and masters in Washington. The ones who send our children into combat for dubious "gains".

    No there haven't.

There are many suspicious deaths around the Clintons because they know so many people and many people die mysteriously. Also most of the deaths aren't really mysterious.

For example, in my humble little life and my small acquaintance of friends I know many people who have died "mysteriously". One "mysteriously" fell off a roller coaster, another "mysteriously" was hit by a truck, another a train, one was "mysteriously" eaten by a shark, private plane crash, "mysterious" fire, many "mysterious" auto accidents, "mysterious" bullet wound, etc. Sounds like I've been knocking these people off doesn't it?

Well, you didn't answer many of my questions but anyway.

You are against nation building? I would have to ask what you mean by that. Seems we did a pretty good job aiding in the rebuilding Japan and Europe after WWII. Other nations we screwed up, no question about that.

I am also against escalations with Russia, but I also see a need to stand up to them from time to time. That's one of the reasons I engage in these threads, I'm not about to let people get away with presenting half lies and innuendos as facts...I stand up to them. If I'm wrong then I let myself open to correction. But I'll not back down until I'm proven wrong. In a like manner Russia can't be allowed to bully other nations, they must be stood up to or it'll just get worse.

Dictator toppling, again sometimes we get it right most times not, WWII comes to mind again. After that we sucked at it.
I didn't know that Assad had been taken out. And I didn't know that the U.S. was the only party involved in that.
The Bush administration screwed up everything with Hussein. Why would you think I would support attacking a country that had nothing to do with 9/11?

Why would you suggest I do my own research? You seem to blame the entire, or most, of the Syrian mess on Hillary, yet won't defend that view.

Why do you think I'm a hypocrite? Could it be because I don't see the world in simple terms?

Do I believe the U.S. is pure? Is anything pure? Is Trump pure, is Clinton pure, Russia, Wikleaks, me, you? I don't see things in black and white, purity and evil.

And thank you for finding me adorable, I tell my wife that all the time. However, just because the U.S. has done bad things in the past...or present, doesn't mean I have to support Russia when it does bad things. Nor does it mean I have to abandon my government when it attempts to do good. I have no trouble pointing out its mistakes and praising its accomplishments.

  19. Well you seem very enthusiastic about her.

On the contrary, I do know what being blown to smithereens means. I don't think you Clinton supporters quite do though, as that is what is happening to little children around the world because of wars Clinton endorses. Yes, it's REALLY happening.

How many times do I have to express my contempt for Donald Trump? Do people in these threads just not pay any attention to who is saying what?

Okay, well, then by that token, Donald Trump is just being accused of rape as well. So let's stop bringing up the fact that both of these men are being accused by multiple women of attacking them, because, naturally, women are just hungry for attention and their rape allegations are rarely true, right?

What, are you going to argue with me about what the definition of "shame" means? How very Clintonian of you.

    a) Yes, I am. b) Yes, I am. c) No, I'm not.

Actions have consequences. If you're too fucking stupid to be aware of the consequences, you shouldn't be performing the actions. Does Hillary not realize that when she fucks around in these other countries they end up turning into quagmires? I think she does. I also thinks she doesn't give a damn.

Maybe it's all for American national security, but then I say god damn national security. We can't allow ourselves to become complicit in the murder of little children. You talk about it flippantly, like, "Oh, no big deal, just casualties of war." Do you understand what it's like to be a parent who loses a child? Or a brother who loses a sister, etc.? The pain we cause around the globe isn't something we can afford, and yes, Clinton has been complicit in the carnage to an extensive degree.

What is a hero to the American people? Whatever CNN says is a hero.

A candidate for the presidency of the United States is, ideally, a hero. Or that is what we are led to believe from the history books we read in school.

So I think the fact that Hillary and Trump are candidates for president gives us a clear indication of what constitutes a hero these days. The media won't allow us to celebrate a real hero. Tens of thousands of people turned out to support Bernie Sanders, and the media showed us forty-five minutes of Trump's empty podium.

That is correct. the difference is that Trump is gong to trail on one charge. Bill Clinton's accusers had there chance years ago and he was never charged, so there is no reason to bring him up. We're still waiting to hear how Trump's ordinal will come out.
The problem is that Trump and his allies keep referring to Bill Clinton as if his accusers haven't had there day, they have.

Clinton's defense of Taylor was because she was assigned to the case. She requested to be removed and was informed she couldn't refuse the judge's request.
Consequently she did her job, which is what all defense attorney's are required to do.

There's more, but I've gone into all that before.

So yes you believe Clinton of willfully kills innocent children, and purposely destabilizes certain areas of the world.

I had really thought better of you.
I can see there's really no point in talking to you further.
