It's only a matter of time before relationships are done right because domestic abuse originated from early humans. Like crime. This reminds me of the 'How can people kill another human so easily' thread. How Can People Kill Another Human So Easily?

Will humans share a hive mind one day to protect our colony mystic? What if all of the problems in the human race only existed because we are still forming a super organism that colonises planets like insects colonise hives. There is a lot of unnecessary bullshit (b.s.) regarding how we evolved and it is unnecessary because evolved we did whether it be by the work of a God... Scientific law... Fire then evolved us to the wheel and the internet. I believe the hive mind is next.

(A part from C-19 of course.) Some couples marry, lose everything in a divorce and repeat it a few more times like it was a courtship. A nutty one. What did they learn? Divorce is a mercy that can be undone and there may be less domestic abuse in the world if society respected that the entire marriage was just to filter out actors & actresses. Is divorce and remarry them the new marriage?

I understand that menopause may make females not want to filter out and reproduce with the best of the best but there is something that they can do to analyse their suitor. It is like a game and it ought to be the basis of every dating relationship. The item are to form a business relationship together. They are meant to be if it succeeds. They are not meant to be if it does not succeed. But... That does not mean it must stop trying! And... That does not mean being a part of only one such item at a time! The menopause is dependent upon our youth. Use it wisely!

Now... This does not belong to modern relationships because modern times have no excuse not to learn from history and choose more wisely. Divorce domestic abuse for the children rather than raise them in a negative atmosphere. Their mental well being is in the hands of these parents.

The government must consider the impact of the lockdown on domestic abuse and mental health as it plans its exit strategy, Theresa May has said.

The former prime minister said measures to tackle coronavirus must not do "more damage than the disease itself".

She spoke as MPs debated the Domestic Abuse Bill, amid evidence of rising violence during the lockdown.

Justice Secretary Robert Buckland said help would be available for all such victims during the outbreak.

There has been a "surge" in violence in the weeks since the lockdown was introduced, a report by MPs said, with a rise in killings and the number of calls to the National Domestic Abuse helpline run by Refuge up 49% after three weeks.

Addressing MPs via video link, Mrs May said the government must think about the "impact of lockdown on our overall health and wellbeing".

She said police and local authorities should consider random visits to homes of known domestic abuse perpetrators during lockdown, or addresses where there had been reports of violence.

But added that would have to be done carefully, so as not to make the situation worse.

Mrs May's government introduced the Domestic Abuse Bill last July, but it has been postponed since before the general election.

It brings in new protections for victims - including Domestic Abuse Protection Orders and Protection Notices, which can be used to impose long-term bans on perpetrators making contact with the victim.

It applies to England and Wales and proposes the first government definition of domestic abuse, including financial abuse and controlling and manipulative non-physical behaviour.

It is my position the lockdowns are totally unnecessary. Thus the impact of domestic violence from it totally unnecessary. Government certainly shouldn't be forcing women to lockdown with their abusers

I had been avoiding the area lately, sorry I didn’t read it. Honestly, during this time we have become concerned with trying to keep ourselves alive, those we love in good health, and news sources have mostly been about Clovid, So I pretty much ignored this area, as that was all that was being posted.

Domestic violence is a horrible thing for men and women. There seems to be no where to run to right now as well. I would hope that the police are called and that the abuser is tossed in a jail ripe with covid19 patients... let nature take its course and take the person out of the gene pool.

 

Also annoyed that the photo is a posed model and purchased stock image.

I guess it would have been difficult to post a picture of an actual Woman who had been abused though.
Most Women would likely be too ashamed and perhaps worried that the perpetrator would come looking for her so as to give yet another hiding.

 

I don’t know, I am sure they could have found previous victims who speak out against it. Would you pose for a photo of it? They could have done a group of photos with permission of previous victims, who laid charges. A bunch of smaller mug shots taken by the police as evidence of abuse. Or even just one who would give up his or her photo for it. People who have become strong, you know? People who go around to schools and stuff like that.
