Does marriage change anything

    Nicely said. Except, I think that you should already be walking on that path together before you go sign that piece of paper confirming it. For me, the only things marriage will change are my last name and my insurance policy (and all of those other legal benefits). Within ourselves, my fiance and I may as well already be married and are definitely walking the same path we've established together.

    But, then again, I don't believe in doing things like marrying a man you've not lived with for at least a year. And that whole abstinence until marriage is entirely antithetical to my beliefs.
