Indeed.. makes sense to me too. Wy insist it is their religious affiliation that is causing the problem when other people screw things up for different reasons as well? Seems biased.
Or is it reasonable to conclude a non religious criminal has strayed from the path of righteousness because his lack of belief in a god? It is the logic you, relaxxx, seem to use on theists.

Avoid the fact that faith is dangerous and ignorant, ignore the false redemptions and pseudo-moralities of religions and all the damage those things cause. I'm talking bad effects of religious behaviors specifically, not other non religious issues...

Religion is strongest in the harshest areas. God was on just about every side of every army in every war, even opposing sides of the same wars. God was in their heads. There is a reason the Gods of our history are Hateful and jealous, and war mongering. God was the collective superego of men, in their heads.
