Gods exist,but they generally don't believe in themselves.

I have communication and the body has autonomous nervous systems and consists of organs and cells which have a life and consciousness of their own and are able through physical and chemical circuitry to communicate with each other independent of any thing that we would call conscious thinking. A machine is a tool containing one or more parts that uses energy to perform an intended action. The body is a biological machine and as long as you ventilate it and provide rhythmic spark you can set it on idle and walk away taking the example of coma and the brain dead on life support. The intent comes into and leaves the body via the breath. Another name for breath is spirit. The breath cannot communicate without means to express. Mind is the communication between body and breath as breath provides the combustible gases that light the flame of metabolism. All seemingly autonomous nervous and bodily functions can be controlled through the breath via mind which is the communication between breath and body. For example you can slow your heart rate to a state of torpor or cause it to race by virtue of inspiration, that is to the tolerances of the machine. The body breath nexus creates a biofeedback loop which is self informative so you can monitor the quality of your choices through the indications of your physical estate, that is how you feel.

The question was what other do you know. Other is used to refer to a person or thing that is different or distinct from one already mentioned or known about. Soft rain and verdant hues are other to you? That we create as we are created doesn't seem out of proportion to me.

regardless of how many hairs are split over defining harm, it remains up to us to avoid causing it. the existence or non existence of one or more gods, should THEY choose to exist, is entirely NOT up to us, nor anything we may choose to imagine we know about it.

belief has nothing what so ever to do with either one. nor are they in any way conditional on the existence or non existence of anything other then themselves.

you're the one who's trying to make the existence of a god or gods, conditional upon belief. which is nonsense. because if the existence of a god, was dependent upon belief, what the hell kind of a god would that be?

How do you avoid causing something that exists only as abstraction. I don't think you are making any sense. Further whether of not you try to avoid causing harm is no guarantee of success. You are damned if you do and damned if you don't, harm being unpredictable in it's appearance because harm is claimed by the observer and we all may have different ideas about what is helpful or not.

That is your invocation of god.

Simply one you believe in, a noun. I am giving a working definition of god, a verb, one who comes with power over and in your life. You are justified in your invocations and they are essential to your efforts.

My good cannot substitute for yours, you won't allow it and it is not my desire. There is nothing you can apprehend without the acceptance of it. As far as knowing goes, resistance is futility.

Nail fungus is not soft rain or verdant hue, nor field nor forest. I have a body just as nail fungus uses my body so do I but that doesn't make me nail fungus. Nail fungus does not prosper outside the nail bed and I can't be seen or heard in this genre without my bed of nails. The body is a communication device and we can slap in replacement parts if some diode should malfunction, within the tolerances of the machine of course. How much of your body can be surgically removed before you imagine yourself less yourself? How about a hair cut or an appendectomy, splenectomy, tonsilectomy, or what if you lost a kidney? My grandfather was born with only one kidney and I couldn't love him more if he were kidney pie.

i think religion is people's attempt to understand life, and how life works. i also think to learn you must have discussions with others and share knowledge, to truly understand life. no one completely understands life, we learn things from our experiences, others may have different experiences and we can learn from them too.

not one person on this planet knows it all, and not one book can contain all the knowledge on this planet. in fact, no library on this planet is big enough to contain enough books to hold all of the knowledge on this planet so there u go.

we learn thru experience, and the experiences of others around us, and those who came before us
