The difference in reality is the sickness imposed upon us by religion for the sake of differences in opinion. Opinion is fine, so long as it is recognized as such. Reality is not opinion, but god is.
In your mind, yes, I see that god is an opinion. That does not make it true. It simply makes your perception a reality for you. Btw,I'm not talking about religion.
For the record, I feel religion is a load of crap. For a lot of reasons, most of them the same reasons that you feel it is too.
Yeah, but you're just a weak agnostic sitting on the fence as though it's more knowledgeable to be there.
Am I? I have not said one iota as to what I believe as far as the existence of god goes. Damn, and for a second, I almost thought you actualy knew the art of debate without descending into mudslinging bull shit..
You can bet all day long. You would loose everytime. Yawn...Assumptions are a real buzzkill. They ruin a good debate everytime.
It isnt a matter of right or wrong as far as subject matter goes.It is more a matter of how one presents their thoughts and beliefs without personal attack. You just had to go there...and until you decide that you can refrain from doing so, Im not so sure I want to continue our conversation . As enlightening as it may or may not be.
Really? does a person blind from birth perceive reality the same as a sighted person (for the obvious example) and considering that all those perceptions are nothing more than electrical/chemical signals surging through our nervous systems and is VERY susceptible to alterations that have significant impact on the perception of reality, kinda negates your statement. and what the hell about all the many facets of reality outside of our ability to perceive them? it all really does beg the question of what is experiencing these signals. Tell ya what flower, prove beyond all doubt that anything exists outside of my own mind and my experience and I will consider you more than a silly troll.
Reality is always the same. No question. How reality is perceived can be different. If it is perceived through a disability, then of course that is natural. If it is perceived through a delusion, such as religion, that is easily recognized as directly opposing the natural order of reality. However, have you ever heard of a blind person, not misled by the ill logics of religions, claiming that reality is not as it is? Blind people are taught the same reality we all experience. The only non-reality is religion and god.
