Do you Play any Instruments?

My friend, his name's Matt, could do amazing things! He would sound like drum & bass music walking around... It was wild! I don't talk to him anymore.

Actually used to play the drums when i was in high school.
Had a black pearl drumkit

 

I play harmonica,recorder, guitar (acoustic), and am learning keyboards.
I have one that has 84 'voices'.
I give harmonica and recorders to kids I meet.

Guitar for 45 years, got a Reel to Reel at age 13, slowed it down to half speed and learned from all the greats from the 60's, 70's and 80's.
Lived out of suitcase for 3 years, touring all lower 48 States, 6 Canadian Provinces and 4 Mexican States ( mainly Cabo Wabo ) .
The guitar supported me financially, carried me thru good and bad times.

 

The concept of making a living from music while travelling the word sounds awesome.
I am just trying to work out how to fit a grand piano in my rucksack.

Seriously, they were lonely, hard and financial hardships and my guitar pulled me thu it all !!!!

 

The great lament in my life is not learning and playing music starting as a child. Number 1 son is very good on bass and guitar.

 

Never too late to start. And how cool would it be to be able to jam with him.

 

Started playing the drums when I was about 5 yrs old. When I got into middle-school, played percussion in the school band (not marching band) - tympani, xylophone, drum set, etc.

Played in a rock band after high school (Loosely Tight) in the Phoenix valley. We even had one of our songs in a movie soundtrack. We mostly covered Tom Petty...

I'm learning the Ukulele now.

I'm a music teacher by trade. Tuba is my main instrument, I know how to play brass, woodwinds and percussion.
