Do you feel like you are too intelligent for your own good?

And I often feel as though my claims of incredibly vast intelligence actually aren't just another way of justifying my social inadequacies. I mean, if I'm smart and socially awkward, then at least I'm smart, but wait... what if I'm just of average intelligence and then socially awkward on top of that? I feel sorry for those people!

In the meantime, I am so evolved in my thinking and so different from everyone else, and so special and wonderful and unique and brilliant that I feel like Einstein surrounded by apes, and not the super-intelligent evolved apes from Planet of The Apes, I mean apes who eat the bugs off of each others backs, fling poop at each other, and scratch where it itches just because it feels good.

 

Feel pretty stupid at times. ok, let me change that. Everytime I think of something philisophical or remotely sophisticated I just laugh and take another drag of the cigarrette... (Not impliying that I'm dumb, and not being at all prejudice).
