I listen to Judas Priest and Iron Maiden. Does that make me A metal head?

 

hmm....not if those are the only 2 metal bands you listen to, but if you want to be a "metalhead" then you've got a good start

No. While I listen to a lot of heavy/aggressive music, I don't identify with any of the subcultures surrounding it.

 

Hell yeah! I love heavy metal, but I can listen to some other stuff too.

 

Nope. I'm a classical listener who likes good (5%) of metal.

 

I grew up listening to metal, but my choice of music doesn't stop at just metal I listen to a lot of classic rock and hip hop.....however music of preference is metal especially good melodic death metal....Going to the Rockstar Mayhem Festival in Aug.....

That will do dave good to see young aussie who isnt a fuckin metro or emo these days Im still fuckin young n I can remmber when the majority of aussies listened to rock or metal times change quickly it seams and the only ones who remain are the ones that truly enjoy it

Im not a metalhead but I like some metal.

 

wouldn't just listening to a whole lot of metal, and that being the majority of music you listen to, make you a metal head? or this is a fashion/lifestyle deal as well?

 

I'm not unique in any way. I just learned a few things. I like some metal. Mostly, I listen to classical or Brian Eno.

 

fuckin rights im a metalhead! even though i still listen to rock and some classic rock. if you apreciate good music and get fueled by metal then your a metalhead. its like food you can live off it and when u dont have it u want it

 

Id say its like my drug I go to long without a good dose and things can get ugly, bring down the techno loving metros and there mass media transvestite gods!

 

I'm in between metal and crust. Dont have the long hair anymore though, i just had to cut it eventually.
